A portfolio and announcements website for an author. The client requested both a visitor side front- end and a custom administrative back-end to make updating and maintenance simple. For the site’s aesthetic, the client asked for a “smart, modern cutesy” layout. The major elements were created on paper and scanned in, to give a softer, less pixel perfect feel.
